FROM THE UNCUT SERIES:
'The challenge I presented myself in this series is to work only with “scraps” and castoffs from other projects. No cutting allowed, and the only tools I’m permitting myself to use are a pair of pliers and the welder. I found it very difficult to “let go” and appreciate the relative coarseness of the medium, but quickly fell in love with the random textures and “wildness” of the finished artwork.'
